Ali is the founder of Studera, driven by a deep belief that every student deserves a precise, personalised path to their dream university. Having navigated the university application process himself, he experienced firsthand how generic and ineffective traditional college counselling can be — and knew there had to be a better way. Studera is his answer to that problem.

Alina serves as Director of Outreach at Studera, where she leads the effort to connect students and communities with the guidance they need. With a background in Psychology from Texas A&M, she brings a strong understanding of how students think, learn, and make decisions, and she uses that insight to make Studera feel approachable and genuinely supportive for every student who reaches out.

He studies Government and International Politics alongside International Relations and Affairs at George Mason University, and he has attended the Yale International Relations Leadership Institute as well as the International Relations Academy at Georgetown University. That experience shapes how he identifies talent and brings driven, mission aligned people into the Studera community.
